Minister mwakyembe during his time said there will be no marriage without
birth certificate and will be applied to all kind of marriage conducted in
Tanzania
This is to make awareness to society the important of birth records for government
development plan.
Deputy minister Joseph Kakunda warned religion leader they must make sure all expected
couple to have form four leaving certificate before marriage.
His statement directly target to improve the living standard of girls
from different regions in Tanzania,he said there are will be no girls get
marriage without form four leaving certificate .
Government see this as a solution for teenage pregnancy which leads as
main reason for huge number of girls do not seat for form four National
examination
